14-Day Refund Policy

Customers may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. Each request is reviewed individually by our support team.

Eligible Refund Requests

• The service could not be accessed due to a technical issue on our side.
• The purchased subscription could not be activated correctly.
• A billing error resulted in an incorrect charge.
• The service delivered was significantly different from what was described on our website.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Refund requests submitted after the 14-day period.
• Subscriptions that have been extensively used or where a substantial portion of the included proposal generation quota has already been consumed.
• Requests based solely on a change of mind after significant use of the service.

Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically generate a refund for previous payments. Access to the service will remain available until the end of the current billing period.
