The generated content is intended to assist users and should always be reviewed before being submitted to clients.
You agree to use SecurePitch only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Certain features are available only through paid subscription plans.
Subscription details, proposal limits, pricing, and included features are displayed before purchase and may be updated from time to time.
Payments are securely processed by our authorized payment provider, including Paddle where applicable.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process your payment according to their terms and policies.
Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy.

SecurePitch does not guarantee that AI-generated proposals will result in successful project awards, client acceptance, or business outcomes.
We aim to provide a reliable and continuously available service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
The service may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, software updates, technical issues, security measures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SecurePitch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the platform.
